Dill, Spinach and Coriander from Seeds
Dill sprouted fast and grew in a plastic takeaway noodle box. I had put it on a window sill and then out in the sun.
Spinach sporuted fast too but soon its growth stopped as the sun shrank away from the balcony. I had put it in a railing planter. When I moved it out in the sun, the leaves started growing broad and quick. I put some vermicompost too. I have chopped 3-4 rounds of a handful of spinach and used in rice or mixed in vegetables.
Coriander also sporuted fast and was doing well. First came two simple leaves and I was confused if it is a weed or coriander. Then when I plucked one the smell identified itself as the fresh coriander fragrance. I kept looking at fresh leaves waiting to chop them only for urgent need purpose. But the aphid attack came and destroyed my reward for patience. The leaves were covered in thin web. Well, I had to chop off most of the leaves and now some new leaves are growing back.
