Pineapple Jam
The pineapple I got from the fruitseller was quite sour. So I grinded it in the mixer and put some sugar and black salt. Jam is sweeter than I tried to make it but nice on a toast when there is no dessert. Fruity favour!
Just put fruit pulp with sugar and whatever flavour you want on stove at medium or low and keep stirring in between till you get the thickness you would like of your spread! (Leaving the fruit pulp sugar mixture for 20 mins before cooking works well)
